Oral paper presentation

In general, the time slot for oral presentations is 15 minutes. Talks should not be longer than 12 minutes to leave time for questions. Oral presentations need to be formatted as PDF files or Microsoft Powerpoint files and uploaded to the conference computer on the presentation day before the start of the conference programme. Adobe Reader and Microsoft Power Point are available as presentation software.

Based on the reviews and the overall programme structure, the reviewers may decided whether a submitted paper is sheduled as an oral presentation or as a poster presentation

      Poster presentation

There will be a poster exhibition during the whole workshop day including Poster Coffee times. Recommended poster format is DIN A0 Portrait. A printed poster needs to be brought to the venue by the poster presenter. Please put up your poster during registration time - the poster number is shown on each board, poster strips  are provided.
